Abstract

The introduction of technology has resulted in management's ability to increase the work pace or speed of service delivery in the Department of Agriculture and Environmental Affairs in KwaZulu-Natal Province amongst all employees. The employees now work mostly work at a pace determined by the technology (systems) rather than at a pace set by the individual's capability.
