Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the short to medium term effectiveness of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitaion (P.N.F.) stretching [using the Contract- Relax-Antagonist-Contract (C.R.A.C.) technique] as an adjunct treatment to cervical manipulation in the treatment of Mechanical Neck Pain.
